Please read these terms carefully before using the fe77 platform — they form a binding agreement between you and us.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms
We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. It is recommended to withdraw via the same method used for deposit. We may suspend or cancel requests involving suspicious or inconsistent transactions.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Winnings from a bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms.
- A promotion may be claimed only once per user.
- fe77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- fe77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5. VIP Program
fe77 has three VIP tiers that reward regular players:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier comes with specific benefits and special offers. VIP benefits may be changed by fe77 at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe77 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or placing bets with automated tools.
- Stealing another user's identity or accessing their account.
- Harassing other users or disrupting the fair environment of the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses to gain promotional rewards.
- Using fraudulent payment methods.
- Exploiting bugs or errors in the system.
If any such activity is detected, fe77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account in question and forfeit its balance.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the fe77 platform — logos, graphics, website design, text, software, and game elements — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any content for purposes other than personal non-commercial use is prohibited.
- fe77's logo or brand identity may not be used without prior written permission.
- Game content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game provider.
By uploading any content to the platform, you are deemed to have granted fe77 a non-exclusive licence to use that content.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
fe77 endeavours to operate the platform as uninterrupted as possible. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. fe77 will not be liable for this.
8.2 Gambling Risk
Online betting and gaming carries financial risk. fe77 will not accept liability for any losses resulting from your betting decisions. Please play responsibly and only place bets within your means.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The fe77 platform may include content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and others). fe77 is not responsible for the accuracy or performance of this content.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure at User Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals or wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed.
9.2 Suspension or Closure by fe77
fe77 may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Provision of false information.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
